Looking for Technosignatures on the Moon with Dr. James Benford

Von Neumann probes, self-replicating spacecraft, or Alien lurkers and alien artifacts all represent the idea that somewhere in our solar system, maybe even on the moon, there could be evidence of an alien civilization. These lurkers may have been silently watching us from space for millions of years or longer. Are Alien Artifacts on the moon? How would we search the moon for signs of technosignatures?
